Alternatives:

• WikiUnicode=1 (the default, UTF-8 is used)
• WikiUnicode=0 (use of iso-8859-1, mainly for backward compatibility)

Notes

This option can not be changed within the wiki and it can't be changed on the on the fly, because it needs a conversion of all text files related to the wiki. Currently there is no conversion script, so this is a basic decision before you start. With the default (Unicode) you are on the save side.
