Alternatives:

• RcSuppress=0 (default, not suppressed)
• RcSuppress=1 (edits are not logged and therefore invisible in RecentChanges)

Considerations

In theory, if you configure this for your whole wiki, you completely turn off the RecentChangesFunction.

In practise it is sometimes used for single pages (e. g. overused in an EditWar) or for groups of pages (WorkSpaces).
